Terms of service

The rules for using Sitific: its admin, and the sites people build with it.

Who we are

Sitific is run by:

Sitific.

Contact: [email protected]

"We" and "us" below mean that company. "You" means anyone with a Sitific account, and anyone acting for them.

The service

Sitific lets you make and run websites: on a free address under sitific.net, or on a domain of your own. We host the sites, keep them secure, serve them through a content delivery network, and give you an admin at app.sitific.com to write and manage them. Features, limits and plans may change as the service grows; when a change takes something away from you, we will tell you before it happens where we reasonably can.

Your account

Your content

What you publish stays yours. You give us the permission we need to store it, copy it to our servers and network, show it to your visitors and back it up — only to run your site, and only for as long as it is on Sitific. You confirm you have the right to publish it.

What you may not do

Do not use Sitific to publish or do anything that is illegal, or that harms other people or the service. In particular, no:

Anyone can report a page that breaks these rules at https://sitific.com/report.

Plans and limits

Each plan has its own limits — sites, storage, upload size, daily automated writes — and the free plan does not run custom code or advertising on its free address. The admin shows the limits that apply to you. A site on a free address carries a small "Powered by Sitific" line and a link to report abuse.

Suspension and closing

We may suspend a site, or close an account, that breaks these terms or the law, puts visitors at risk, or is reported to us with good reason. Where we can, we tell the owner why; for serious harm we act first and explain afterwards. You may stop using Sitific at any time, and you may export your site's content before you leave.

Availability and liability

We work to keep Sitific fast, secure and available, but we provide it "as is": we cannot promise it will never be interrupted or never lose data, and you should keep copies of what matters to you. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for lost profits or revenue, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim (or, on a free plan, nothing). Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited, such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Changes to these terms

We may change these terms. The date at the top says when they last changed; for a change that matters to you, we will tell account holders by email before it takes effect. Using Sitific after that means you accept the new terms.

The law that applies

These terms are governed by the law of Bangladesh, and its courts may hear any dispute about them, without taking away any protection the law of the country where you live gives you as a consumer.
